All end user services which are provided electronically
are subject to a refund within 12 hours or prior to
Authorization of the Ad, subject to which occurs first.
Physical merchandise sold through retail locations
is subject to the Refund Policy of the location.
All Dealer accounts are subject to a refund within
3 days of next billing date.
Refunds are processed on the 10th and the 20th of
each month.
All Dealer accounts are subject to a 15% Administration
charge.
Dealer refunds are pro-rated for the remainder of
the term.
